Runner (male, 46 years old, middle distance, marathon, ultra-marathon experience) looking for HR team. Ran it in 2006, 2007, and 2008 in very different teams (all fun to fiercely competitive) and had a blast each time. I'm a moderately fast runner (5K PR of 18:51, set in 2006, a fair bit slower now) but would also be happy to just make it a fun day without too much ambition again.
