2008 Jacaranda 10K a "Family Affair"

Despite warm and voggy conditions, Sam Wilbur and Lindsey Wilbur of Kihei
both set course records en route to winning the overall men and women's
division of the Jacaranda 10K Saturday. Second and third overall women were
sisters Hailey and Dakota Grossman of Pukalani. Mike Irwin of Makawao was
second overall and Tom Armstrong of Makawao was third. The Jacaranda 10K
winds 6.2 miles uphill from Eddie Tam in Makawao to the Kula Lodge. Sam
Wilbur finished in 43:57 and Lindsey Wilbur time was 53:56.
